2. Must be a local resident with proof of residence: i.e. rental agreement or lease, utility bill 

3. Proof of employment: ie. Two current pay stubs

4. References:    Names, phone numbers, and addresses of 3 local friends or relatives (not living with you)

5. Proof of FULL-COVERAGE insurance
